Here's how it will work for order & collect
Order online and select click and collect.
Once you’ve had confirmation your order is ready to collect, please go to our store collection point to safely collect your order. When you collect your order, you’ll need to have 2 things ready..
1. Your order number / transaction number
2. 1 form of ID. Acceptable ID includes drivers’ licence, passport or your order confirmation email.
Don’t forget to wrap up warm just in case you need to queue, as we’re pretty busy right now.
Please come alone where possible to help us with social distancing in-store and reduce queuing times.
For all phones, pay monthly SIM cards, free gifts and anything else over £50:
Our courier partner, DPD, has updated their delivery processes to take extra precautions due to Coronavirus. They are offering contact free delivery on all orders. They will take a picture of your property and capture a proof of delivery name instead of capturing your signature. You can track your DPD delivery here.
For anything else under £50:
Royal Mail is an unsigned service. Where Royal Mail needs to deliver a parcel, its teams will place the parcel at your door. Having knocked on the door, the delivery teams will step aside to a safe distance while the item is retrieved. If the delivery cannot take place, Royal Mail will take the parcel to the local depot for you to collect. The parcel will be held for 18 days as per normal process.
Anything else under £50 will be delivered by Royal Mail. If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days then please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

We’re open…where we can be within Currys PC World (check our store finder to see if your local store has re-opened). In these stores we’re happy to be able to offer our repair services again.
