Here is what you need to know:

Step 1.

Take out a contract or spend over £100* in any Currys store or online at or £100 spend must be done in a single transaction.

Step 2.

Purchase any broadband and/or TV package** within 28 days from a Currys store or via our call centre (08000 834 616). On average we save customers up to £145 a year when they switch***

Step 3.

Make your cashback claim no sooner than 45 days and no later than 60 days after you take out your contract or spend £100 in store or online via our cashback claims website.

Step 4.

We will then validate your claim and issue your cashback via BACS.


* Tablet and Mobile Broadband contracts as well as Accessories are excluded from the transaction greater than or equal to £100.

** The following Broadband packages, with or without calls packaged attached are excluded from the Cashback promotion; Sky Broadband Essential, Shell Energy Fast Broadband, and TalkTalk Fast Broadband.

*** Saving based on the average monthly price our customers pay on all fibre broadband sold through Currys retail stores in the 52 weeks to 26.2.20. When compared to the out of contract fibre price published by Ofcom in their Pricing trends for communications services in the UK report 2020.




Terms and Conditions
  1. This promotion is conducted by Currys Group Ltd in partnership with Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Shell Energy Broadband, Sky.
  2. ‘‘Qualifying Transaction’. The Qualifying Transaction comprises of any transaction of a pay monthly Mobile or SIM only contract (Excludes Tablet and Mobile Broadband contracts) or transactions greater than or equal to £100 (excludes accessories). Purchase must be made from either or within the Currys bricks and mortar store.
  3. The transaction value is the value at the bottom of the receipt. Refunds will be taken into account, and if your transaction value drops below £100 you will not be eligible for cashback. The instore transaction must not take place at the Currys.
  4. The ‘Qualifying Package’ is any Broadband or TV service from either Virgin Media, TalkTalk, Shell Energy Broadband, or Sky, and excludes Sky ‘Essentials Broadband’, TalkTalk ‘ Fast Broadband’ and Shell Energy Broadband ‘Fast Broadband’ (these are all broadband packages that use ADSL technology, and have average speeds of less than 18Mbps. This must be purchased in a Currys store, via our switching support team, via 08000 834616.
  5. To be eligible for cashback, both the Qualifying Transaction and Qualifying Package must be purchased within 28 days of each other.

  11. Cashback claims are limited to one per household, and limited to one claim per Qualifying Transaction per Qualifying Spend.
  12. Cashback must be claimed 45 – 60 days after the date of the Qualifying transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, the day after your purchase date counts as day one.
  13. Claims must be submitted online only and postal claims will not be accepted. The promotion is open to current residents in U.K and Isle of Man and new Qualifying Package customers only and is subject to successful installation of the Qualifying Package. This promotion is open to employees of the Currys Group Limited and may be used in conjunction with colleague discount and any other Multiplay offer.
  14. Upon receipt of your claim, the Promoter will verify whether the claim is valid and made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The claim validation process can take up to 28 days. If the claim is valid, payment will be made within 21 days of successful validation, providing the Qualifying package has been installed.
  15. If the Promoter considers that a claim is invalid you will be notified via the website that your claim has been rejected and the reasons for the rejection. The Promoter’s decision on validity of claims is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Currys reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, altered or illegible claims.
  17. Currys is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents the customer participating in the promotion.
  18. Customers providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to rectify any omissions within 7 days.
  19. You will not be able to claim cashback on a Qualifying Transaction that has been refunded or returned where the new transaction value falls below £100.
  20. If for what ever reason your Qualifying Package fails to be installed and is cancelled, customers shall not be entitled to any compensation or cashback.
